The Uptown Centre is strategically located at the busy intersection of Regent Street and Prospect Street in Fredericton, New Brunswick and is anchored by a 53,000 sq. ft. Sobeys Extra, which opened in Fall 2018.

The centre features a strong mix of national retailers including Best Buy and Goodlife Fitness, and most recently a 25.000 sq. ft. Marshalls, which opened in August 2019. We have spaces available for lease ranging up to 10,000 sq. ft.

Uptown Centre neighbours Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, local schools, and the Trans Canada Highway.
